Valens NTIRENGANYA is a seasoned leader in the non-profit sector with over ten years of experience in project management, financial oversight, and grant proposal development. He has successfully managed grants from corporate organizations, international NGOs, U.S. government agencies, and multilateral institutions affiliated with the United Nations and the European Union.

He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Edified Generation Rwanda, a Charitable organization registered in Rwanda and United States. Under his leadership, the organization has implemented impactful programs aimed at empowering young people through education, leadership, and innovation.

Regionally, Valens serves as the Chairperson of the YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa – Rwanda Chapter, where he continues to advocate for youth leadership and regional cooperation.

Valens holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University, and has an academic background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This multidisciplinary foundation empowers him to connect technical innovation with sustainable development strategies.

He is passionate about leadership, education, and emerging technologies,particularly artificial intelligence, robotics, and the Internet of Things. His interests also span civic leadership, public management, business, and entrepreneurship.
